Ted Hastings is the Chief Executive Officer of RhythmOne plc (LSE AIM: RTHM) responsible for corporate vision and growth and all operating functions of the firm. He joined the Board of Directors in 2017 as an Executive Director, bringing with him significant digital advertising, publishing and ad tech experience to the Board. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Perk Inc (TSE: PER), the mobile-first supply side rewards and engagement platform that was acquired by RhythmOne plc in January 2017. Prior to Perk, Ted served as CEO for Rebellion Media, a diversified digital media company, where he completed 13 acquisitions in the first two years of operation. Previously, he served as President at Geosign Corporation, which was subsequently sold to Moxy Media/Tsavo Media, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Capital. As the President and CEO at these firms, Ted built out the executive teams, managed company restructuring and oversaw key financing and acquisition activities. Earlier in his career, Ted was CEO at sales and distribution software company Global Beverage Group. He began his career as an associate in the Audit division of Deloitte & Touche LLP in Canada.
Ted currently serves on the boards of Push Strength and Fongo. Previously, he served on the boards of Maintenance Assistant, Coreworx, Brick Brewing (TSE: BRB) and Communitech. He was inducted into the Waterloo Region Hall of Fame as Intrepid award winner in 2010, and named to Canada’s Top 40 under 40 for 2009. He also served as head executive coach of HyperDrive, a $30 million venture fund located in Waterloo, Ontario. Ted holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Ed Reginelli is the Chief Financial Officer of RhythmOne. Ed joined the company in April 2012. He has over 16 years of experience, managing all aspects of financial accounting, controls, analysis, operations and reporting in complex corporate environments. Before joining the company, he was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Purple Communications, Inc., a company that specialized in technology enabled interpreting and telecommunication services. Prior to this he served as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Burke Industries, Inc. and held other senior financial positions at Compass Aerospace, PPG Industries and Nestle USA. Edward holds a B.S in Business Administration and Accounting from John Carroll University, Ohio and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.
Dan Slivjanovski is Chief Operating Officer at RhythmOne, responsible for global programmatic platform operations, branding and go to market strategy. Mr. Slivjanovski has been with RhythmOne since 2012 and formerly served as the Company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Dan brings over 20 years of senior operating, strategy and marketing experience to his role as COO. Prior to joining RhythmOne, Dan was Executive Vice President of HNW Inc, a strategy consultancy focused on the financial services and luxury sectors, where his clients included Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab. Previously, he served as Senior Management Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC and Senior Associate at APCO Worldwide, a member of WPP’s Grey Group. Dan earned his B.S. from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Michael Hudes brings over 20 years of extensive advertising and digital media experience to the YuMe team. Michael previously served as CEO of Keystream, where he led the development of a platform for publishers and advertisers to create dynamic overlay advertising units to more effectively monetize video content. Prior to that, he served as President of Innovation Strategy and Growth for Interpublic Group's Mediabrands and was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Organic, Inc., where he oversaw the company's evolution from a 17-person shop dedicated to building websites to a 1,300-person team focused on digital marketing services. Michael graduated with Honors with a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
Frank Barbieri is Chief Product Officer for RhythmOne and runs product strategy and execution as well as engineering and IT operations. He joined RhythmOne as part of the acquisition of YuMe by RhythmOne in February 2018. He has been with the Company for nearly seven years and previously held the positions SVP of Corporate Development and SVP of Emerging Markets. Barbieri is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and startup adviser. With a background in product management and business development, he has held positions at Fortune 100, mid-size, and start-up companies. He was Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Transpera, a mobile video advertising technology platform that sold to Tremor Media. He was also President of Inetcam a live streaming video company he restructured on behalf of private equity investors. Prior to that he held Group Product Manager and Business Development Manager roles during seven years total at Microsoft. His first career was as an international photojournalist. A company he co-founded in 1994, called MediaStorm, pioneered digital journalism on the web and led him to Microsoft and the founding team of MSNBC.
Amy Rothstein serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. She joined RhythmOne as part of the acquisition of YuMe by RhythmOne in February 2018. She has been with the Company for nearly five years and prior to being the General counsel was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rothstein was at Hewlett-Packard where she held various roles including Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (Corporate and Securities Group), leading the North American M&A team. Ms. Rothstein has worked on a wide array of complex M&A transactions ranging from $25 million to $2.3 billion dollars. Previous roles include Corporate Associate in the Private Equity Group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Corporate Associate with Cooley Godward LLP. Ms. Rothstein holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska, a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and an L.L.M (Corporate and Business Law) from the University of San Diego School of Law.
