Mark Bonney is the President, Chief Executive Officer of RhythmOne plc (LSE AIM: RTHM), responsible for corporate vision and growth, as well as all operating functions of the enterprise. He was appointed to the RhythmOne Board of Directors in 2018 as an Executive Director, bringing to the Board over 35 years of senior executive experience across operations and finance disciplines. During his career, Mark has held a variety of roles that include Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer – in both the United States and internationally, as well as several directorships of public and private businesses. He currently holds directorships at Zix Corp., SeaChange International, Inc., and eConsult Network, Inc.
Prior to joining RhythmOne, Mark served as President, Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of MRV Communications, Inc., a communications equipment and services provider. He was also an Independent Director of MRV from April 2013 until his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2014. From January 2013 through August 2014, Mark served as President, Chief Executive Officer of On Board Advisors LLC, and from March 2010 to December 2012, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Direct Brands, Inc. Mark earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Central Connecticut State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Hartford.
Ed Reginelli is the Chief Financial Officer of RhythmOne. Ed joined the company in April 2012. He has over 16 years of experience, managing all aspects of financial accounting, controls, analysis, operations and reporting in complex corporate environments. Before joining the company, he was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Purple Communications, Inc., a company that specialized in technology enabled interpreting and telecommunication services. Prior to this he served as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Burke Industries, Inc. and held other senior financial positions at Compass Aerospace, PPG Industries and Nestle USA. Edward holds a B.S in Business Administration and Accounting from John Carroll University, Ohio and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.
Amy Rothstein serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. She joined RhythmOne as part of the acquisition of YuMe by RhythmOne in February 2018. She has been with the Company for nearly five years and prior to being the General counsel was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rothstein was at Hewlett-Packard where she held various roles including Director, Mergers & Acquisitions (Corporate and Securities Group), leading the North American M&A team. Ms. Rothstein has worked on a wide array of complex M&A transactions ranging from $25 million to $2.3 billion dollars. Previous roles include Corporate Associate in the Private Equity Group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Corporate Associate with Cooley Godward LLP. Ms. Rothstein holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska, a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and an L.L.M (Corporate and Business Law) from the University of San Diego School of Law.
Karim Rayes, Senior Vice President, Products and Business Development at RhythmOne, leads the company’s publisher development and product management organizations. Karim joined RhythmOne in 2007 and prior to his current post served as Vice President, Publisher Development where he was managing RhythmOne’s supply side platform, responsible for product direction and commercial relationships. With more than a dozen years of experience in digital media, Karim is an expert in publishing, programmatic advertising, media buying, and business development & affiliate marketing and management. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Montreal.
Rebecca Skrak is Senior Vice President, Operations at RhythmOne and heads up the company’s platform management, programmatic partnerships, and revenue operations teams. Since joining the company in 2012, Rebecca has held several leadership roles in the operations and product organizations; most recently she was Vice President, Product and oversaw the product teams at both RhythmOne and YuMe, Inc. after the latter’s acquisition in February 2018. Before joining the company, Rebecca held media directorship/supervisor positions at DraftFCB and strategist positions OMD USA. Rebecca holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.
