Brian is the Chief Executive Officer at RhythmOne, responsible for corporate vision and growth and all operating functions of the firm. With a strong entrepreneurial and engineering background, over his career, Brian has transformed and built growth platforms for technology-enabled businesses. Brian joined RhythmOne in 2011 through the acquisition of Prime Visibility Media Group, Inc. (PVMG), where he was the President & CEO and was instrumental in its rapid revenue and profitability growth and eventual sale to RhythmOne (formerly blinkx plc). Prior to PVMG, Brian was the SVP & Group MD at Miva, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), responsible for the global operations of its Media Division, with offices in the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and India. Before MIVA, as VP & GM, he acquired and ran the Contract Management Solutions business of Selectica, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTC) and helped transform the Enterprise Software offering to one of the earliest SaaS models in the sector, accelerating revenue growth and profitability. Earlier in his career, Brian held executive, staff and line management positions at two venture-backed Internet start-ups, playing pivotal roles in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performance sales, marketing, services, business development, engineering and operating teams. Brian started his career as an Engineer and worked as a Strategy Consultant at CapGemini Ernst & Young. He holds B.E. (Honors) and M.S. (Honors) degrees in Engineering, and an M.B.A. (Honors) from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Edward Reginelli is the Chief Financial Officer of RhythmOne. Edward joined the company in April 2012. He has over 15 years of experience, managing all aspects of financial accounting, controls, analysis, operations and reporting in complex corporate environments. Before joining the company, he was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Purple Communications, Inc., a company that specialized in technology enabled interpreting and telecommunication services. Prior to this he served as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Burke Industries, Inc. and held other senior financial positions at Compass Aerospace, PPG Industries and Nestle USA. Edward holds a B.S in Business Administration and Accounting from John Carroll University, Ohio and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.
Frank Pao is the Chief Business Officer of RhythmOne, having joined the company in 2011. Frank has over 18 years of executive management experience within the technology industry in both venture-funded and public companies. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer of intelligent video analytics company Vidient Systems, where he led the turnaround of the company. Before that, he was president of Verity and chief operating officer at Autonomy, Inc. where he had full operating responsibility for both organizations, and helped drive and integrate several successful acquisitions. Prior to Autonomy, Frank was senior vice president, Business Affairs at Virage, a leader in video search that he helped to take public. Earlier, he specialized in intellectual property and licensing transactions at the law firm of Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper). Frank earned a B.S. in bioengineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.
Dan Slivjanovski is head of Marketing at RhythmOne, responsible for strategic brand direction, corporate communications, product marketing and sales empowerment. A veteran strategy consultant and agency executive, Dan's expertise lies in anticipating sector trends and emerging customer needs while also helping to define and implement corporate growth strategies. Dan's knowledge base covers comprehensive digital advertising elements, with specialization in online video, cross-screen targeting, and programmatic trading. Dan brings 20 years of senior experience in digital marketing, management consulting and agency services to his role as head of Marketing. Prior to joining RhythmOne, Dan was Executive Vice President of HNW Inc, a marketing consultancy focused on the financial services and luxury sectors, where his clients included Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Charles Schwab. Previously, he served as Senior Consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC as well as a Senior Associate at APCO Worldwide. Dan earned his B.S. from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Bhaskar Ballapragada is head of Supply at RhythmOne, responsible for all traffic acquisition including display, video, desktop and mobile and is also responsible for operating RhythmOne's programmatic business. An experienced Engineering and Management executive, Bhaskar has over 16 years of experience within the Internet and Technology sectors. He specializes in running advertising platforms with high volume transactions and building optimization routines to improve advertiser ROI. Bhaskar joined RhythmOne in 2011 and during his tenure, has introduced numerous products and technologies, managed several businesses, navigated the organization through up and down markets, and increased revenues and profitability year over year.
Prior to RhythmOne, Bhaskar was a Senior Engineer at Damon S. Williams Associates, an Engineering Consulting firm. Bhaskar earned a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from IIT, Bombay, a P.H.D. in Engineering from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Dwight Ringdahl is the Senior Vice President, Technology at RhythmOne, responsible for leading the engineering team across the enterprise to help drive the growth of RhythmOne's programmatic trading capabilities. Ringdahl has over 25 years' experience in software and hardware engineering, product development, advertising technology and advanced R&D. He is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur, building and selling several companies, including WebUseNet Corporation (acquired by Highwinds Network Group, Inc.) and Inter-Axis, Inc. (acquired by MindSpring Enterprise). An engineer by training, Dwight served nearly 10 years in the US Air Force, in active duty and reserves, in both combat and non-combat roles and graduated CCAF with a degree in Air Crew Rescue and Survival, with a Chemical Engineering Major.
