blinkx Links To The Best In Internet Sports With Sportal.com

San Francisco, Calif. - May 31, 2006 - blinkx, the smartest thing on the Web, today announced a content agreement with the Web’s first broadband sports site, Sportal.com.  Under the terms of the agreement, blinkx will index hundreds of Sportals’ audio and video sporting clips and make them fully searchable through www.blinkx.tv.

Sportal.com covers the latest sporting events across the globe.  They will provide blinkx with over eight channels of sporting news featuring up-to-the-minute reports on rugby, golf, horse racing, extreme sports,  championship poker, boxing, martial arts and of course, the World Cup.
