blinkx Partners with Broadband Sports Adding Hundreds of Hours of Extreme Sports Clips to Search Index

San Francisco, CALIF - January 08, 2006 - blinkx, the world’s largest video search engine, today announced a content agreement with Broadband Sports, a website that delivers user-generated extreme sports content that allows hard-core sports fans to watch, share, and rate extreme sports clips.  Featuring channels, forums, and upload capabilities, Broadband Sports content is currently indexed at www.blinkx.com.

Through Broadband Sports, extreme sports fans and athletes are able to easily connect directly to a community of enthusiasts through commenting on and sharing sports clips.  From adventure racing to skydiving, users can submit and view exhilarating clips of amazing sports stunts, share comments, send private messages, and create and track buddy lists.
