blinkx SVP Federico Grosso to Speak at Media Summit New York

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. – March 17, 2009 - blinkx, the world’s largest and most advanced video search engine, today announced that its senior vice president of Business Development, Federico Grosso, will be speaking at the 2009 Media Summit Conference at the McGraw-Hill Building in New York City at 2:15 p.m. E.T. on March 18th.  Grosso will be presenting on a panel titled, “Video Advertising: How New Consumer Habits are Driving the Advertising Community to Innovate, and the Challenges with Scale.”

Produced by Digital Hollywood, Media Summit is the premiere international conference on media, advertising, television, and more.  Grosso’s panel will focus on new television delivery methods and the ways these innovative paths provide new revenue and business opportunities for publishers and advertisers.  A digital media veteran with over a decade of international experience, Grosso is frequently invited to speak at leading industry events to provide insight into the changing face of online video and advertising.  Joining him on the panel will be Tricia Wilber, executive vice president of Media Advertising Sales and Marketing at Disney; Rebecca J.
