blinkx Partners with BBC World News to Expand News Coverage from Around the Globe

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.—July 27, 2010—blinkx, the world’s largest and most advanced video search engine, today announced a partnership with BBC World News, www.bbcworldnews.com, the BBC’s international 24-hour news and information channel. BBC World News content will now be available and fully searchable on www.blinkx.com for all users outside of the United Kingdom. Leveraging its unique AdHoc platform, blinkx will place advertising against this premium content and share resulting revenue with BBC World News.
