NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

London, England and San Francisco, CA. – 24 July 2015 – blinkx plc (“blinkx” or “the Company”), will hold its next Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25 August 2015, at 9.30 AM BST. The meeting will be hosted by FTI Consulting at 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom.

Shareholders of record as of 6:00 PM BST on 21 August 2015 are requested to bring their credentials, including their proxy form attendance card as well as the number of shares held, to attend the meeting. Shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person are urged to send instructions for the voting of their shares so that they are represented at the meeting. Please contact your financial intermediary for the voting procedures to follow.

Copies of blinkx's Notice of Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy and Directors' and Auditors' Reports and the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 have been mailed to shareholders of record this week.  These may also be obtained directly from blinkx and from your financial intermediary. blinkx’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2015 will also be available at www.blnx.com/financial-info/results.
